General Information:
The 2024 Sheriff Joe Baron Foundation Sports Camps will will take place on two separate dates in June, 2024. The Soccer Camp will be held Monday, June 17, 2024 from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m., and the Football Camp will be held on June 21, 2024 from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. The camp is free for residents of Norfolk between the ages of 8 to 12.
Location:
The 2024 Sheriff Joe Baron Foundation Sports Camps will be held at two different locations on the campus of Old Dominion University.

Volunteers for camp consist of Norfolk Sheriff’s Office employees, Norfolk Police officers, Norfolk Fire-Rescue personnel, students from local universities and high schools, as well as individuals affiliated with service organizations. The entire staff of volunteers will be working under the direction of the Norfolk Sheriff’s Office Community Affairs Division. All volunteers are screened by the Norfolk Sheriff’s Office and required to attend Volunteer Orientation prior to camp.
Transportation:
Parents/guardians will be responsible for arranging transportation for their children to the Sports Camp locations.
